SQUEEZE STRONGER is an 80-minute, full-body program that delivers the same intensity and high-energy of Tracy’s live SQUEEZE classes. Designed to feel like a one-on-one training session, SQUEEZE STRONGER integrates traditional resistance training, dance conditioning, Pilates, and yoga into a graceful, athletic, workout. Using light weights and your own body resistance while performing high-repetition exercises, Tracy keeps you motivated as you flatten your abs, chisel your upper body, and tone your legs, hips and buns.

This DVD also contains a chapter menu that allows you to select individual exercises as well as two bonus premixes that provide you with flexible options to incorporate SQUEEZE into your training regimen:

Equipment used:

  • One or two sets dumbbells (1 – 8 lbs)
  • Small rubber ball or firm pillow
  • SQUEEZE stick or broomstick

Note: Using a weighted body bar in place of a Squeeze Stick is not recommended.

The original SQUEEZE workout targets beginner and intermediate exercisers, whereas SQUEEZE STRONGER and SQUEEZE LOWER BODY CHALLENGE are a little more intense and will appeal to both intermediate and advanced exerciser. If you are new to Squeeze, you can use any of the DVDs, just be sure to modify where you need to and "SQUEEZE with ease." You can mix and match the various Squeeze DVDS to fill your time-specific needs and to create body part-specific workouts.
